Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Grant grew up infatuated with athletics, literature, and music. Much of his work reflects his upbringing in a city surrounded by cornfields and summers on his grandparents' farm in western Michigan.
Grant attended College of DuPage (IL) on a baseball scholarship but soon discovered a distracting desire for the stage. He then graduated from North Central College (IL) with degrees in Marketing and Theatre before completing the Hagen Intensive Program at HB Studio in NYC in 2016. Grant currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
